POD : Mixer on trolley - for slurry channels

 

 

Movable mixer on wheels

  • Four motor sizes from 3.6 to 17.9 kW
     
  • Capacity up to approx. 9900 US Gallons per minute
     
  • 1800 propeller revolutions/minute (at 60Hz)
     
  • Axial thrust from 525 N to 2150 N
     
  • Supplied fully assembled on trolley with built-in hoisting gear

 

 

 

Directions for use:

  1. Wheel the trolley close to the blockage
     
  2. Open/remove the grating for the slurry channel
     
  3. Lower the mixer into the full slurry channel
     
  4. Do not connect the power until the mixer is in place in the channel
     
  5. The mixer must have stopped completely and the power must be disconnected before removing the mixer again

 

 

 

WARNING:

Please note that according to the Danish Working Environment Authority, no animals or people are allowed in the livestock shed while mixing is in progress in an open slurry channel due to the risk of release of toxic (lethal) gases.

 

We recommend that you check for any local rules in this aspect.
