Application Engineer
Landia, Inc. is seeking an Application Engineer to join our team in Cary, NC.
Landia, Inc is a sales organization, which offers high-end product solutions to customers primarily within the Municipal and Industrial Wastewater and Bioenergy.
Landia needs a candidate who is inquisitive in nature, who puts the customer first and most importantly pays attention to details. Landia offers custom high-end solutions in the market which require engineers to tailor each solution to the costumer's needs. If you are willing to learn and can "think outside the box" we can train you in other aspects of the job.
As a new Application Engineer you will:
- be trained to customize Landia's offerings for different challenges that our customers face.
- learn the lifecycle of a project starting from initial request to the final signoff by the customer. There are many steps, each of which require collaborating and communicating with the customer, consulting engineers and your own teammates in other parts of the world.
- learn how Landia provides long term support for the products.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering discipline is preferred but not required.
- Optional background:
- Application engineering, inside sales, or other relevant technical suport.
- Exposure to sales, sales management and/or project management in wastewater treatment industry or related field is a plus.
