Pump mixing for industry
With the Landia JetMixer mixing system, all mechanical components are located outside the tank. Therefore, it is not necessary to open or empty the tank when performing service or repairs on the system.
It offers not only some safety benefits, but of course also financial benefits. The system can continue operating when the Landia JetMixer system undergoes service.
How the mixing system works
Landia JetMixer recirculates the liquid in the tank and creates mixing using nozzles located at strategic levels in the tank.
This provides an even velocity distribution throughout the tank and at the same time allows concentrated mixing in specific zones.
Landia JetMixer can be used with most tank types. The system is effective for tanks with a volume of up to approx. 353,147 ft3 and for sludge with DM up to 14%.
